Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days following successful payment.

  • Orders received over weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

We offer these delivery services:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

  • European Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days.

These estimates do not include processing times. Deliveries may be delayed due to seasonal demand, weather conditions, or courier issues.

European & International Shipping

We ship to most EU countries and select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location and will be provided at checkout.

Please note that import duties and VAT may apply, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • UK orders over £100 qualify for free standard delivery.

  • Express shipping may incur additional fees.

Tracking & Notifications

Upon dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number and instructions for monitoring your shipment.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package is missing or delayed beyond the expected window, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate the matter with our courier partners promptly.

Change of Address

Address changes must be requested before dispatch. Once the item has been handed over to the courier, modifications cannot be made.
