14 days return and refund policy
At Weight Lifting Supplies, we are dedicated to providing premium-grade gym equipment that meets your performance expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a product needs to be returned or refunded. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures under which such requests can be made.
You are entitled to return items within 180 calendar days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be satisfied:
The item must remain unused and in the original, undamaged packaging.
The product must be in a condition suitable for resale.
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must accompany the return.
Certain product categories are excluded from return eligibility:
Custom-built or personalised equipment
Products marked as “final sale” or on clearance
E-gift vouchers or digital codes
For customers residing within the European Union, the Consumer Rights Directive grants the right to cancel any online purchase within 14 days of delivery. If exercised, customers are entitled to a full refund including the original standard shipping costs.
To initiate a cancellation under this provision:
Notify our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
Ensure the item is returned in its original state.
Include the original proof of purchase in the package.
If your product arrives with visible defects or damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
A clear description of the issue
Photographs of the damage
Your order number and contact details
We will review the report and advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement or full refund.
We only facilitate exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you’ve simply changed your mind, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
Unless the item is faulty, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. However, we can offer significantly reduced shipping rates via our logistics partners: DPD, DHL, and FedEx. Please contact us prior to sending your item back if you’d like to benefit from our discounted postage solutions.
Once your return is received and assessed, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are typically issued within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part.
